Become a customer

Before you start

If you belong to a larger company or a public enterprise, it is likely that you already have a customer number with us. You can contact our customer center on chat or telephone to check this before proceeding.

Become a customer/create a business account

To become a customer at Atea, you need to make your first purchase/order by paying with Mastercard, Visa or Vipps. When the order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail together with your customer number. This must be used in future contact with us.

Create user in eShop

Once you have received a customer number, you can contact our customer center on chat or telephone to create user(s) in eShop. For security reasons, we are only allowed to create users for the company's manager or members of the company's board.

Payment by invoice

After the first purchase has been completed and you have been assigned a customer number, you can apply for payment by invoice by contacting the credit department on e-mail.
